VTZ El Balcón de Plaza Sas

We chose this place for its good price, pet-friendly policy, and advertised parking. However, we encountered several unpleasant surprises. First, there was a €100 deposit, which was never mentioned upfront. Additionally, we had to pay a €25 non-refundable fee for our dog, making the total cost far from affordable. The advertised themselves with parking which was misleading. While they listed parking as a service (appearing in searches for places with parking), it turned out to be further away and cost €20 per day. This made it inconvenient and much more expensive than expected. The air conditioner was moldy and the walls around it were damp. The couch had a strong, unpleasant odor. Despite the threat of a €25 charge for unwashed dishes, only a tiny sponge was provided, making it difficult to clean properly. I just hope that the people before us were washing the dishes as much as we did, as obviously the accommodation is not washing any of them! So beware to wash everything before you use it. The misleading pricing and numerous extra charges make this place a bad choice. We have already filed a complaint with consumer protection due to these issues. Overall, the actual conditions and hidden costs made our stay very unsatisfactory and unhealthy and far more expensive than you would originally think.

Annoying to have to pick up keys at the parent hotel in a different location. Also took a deposit of 100 euro and took a while to come back. I would return though
