The best

The location was SPECTACULAR!…. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and a great place to have as a base to explore lovely ZGZ

To be improved

The bed was uncomfortable and some areas slightly worn… but did I mention the location was spectacular

“Great location,maintenance lacking”
The best

The location is perfect. To find the key and then find the hotel was difficult. Parking is far away,so travel light .Toilet seat was totally broken off. Check in is 14;00,but cleaners only finished at 17:00

To be improved

Keys at different locatipn,lack of basic maintenance. Check in was at 17:00 instead of 14:00. Parking was not close to apartment

“Location was perfect · Cons: Getting the keys was trouble. The road to the front desk was under construction and GPS wanted to take us down the wrong way. A door code would be so much easier. The address to the actual apartment was difficult to find as well”

“Great location, but spend your time outside.”

The location couldn't be better, just off the main plaza with a great view of the Basilica del Pilar.

To be improved

The apartment was a little run down. There baseboards had been shoddily repaired and the door frame fell apart when we closed the door to the bedroom.
