“Too many unfamiliar details”

We appreciated having the wash machine, but unhappy about needing to look up the make and model to use it. We appreciated the air conditioning, but it took at least a half hour to figure out how to set it.

To be improved

Because there was a broken drawer in one bathroom, I wrote immediately and explained that we had found it that way. We struggled to know how to use the stove, and the clothes washer, and we didn't even try to figure out the dishwasher. We had no idea where our trash was to be placed outside. Because strong afternoon sun poured in from the skylights, and we couldn't adjust the shades, the air conditioning was overwhelmed until close to sunset. The hassle of going to the booking office through the street construction was hard on us 75 year olds. We never really relaxed because of the things we were unfamiliar with. It was an uncomfortable stay.
