The location was excellent, near the Cathedral de Pilar, the Seo, the Roman Forum, Calle Alfonso, and not too far from the bars of El Tubo or the River Erbo. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large. It had a bath/shower, basin, toilet, and a separate bidet. Good closet space. The AC was excellent.

To be improved

My wife was not thrilled with the lighting aside from the bathroom. It was hard for her to do makeup (you might not want to put on makeup in a steamy, post shower bathroom). Related, the windows were dark so you couldn't let light in simply by opening the blinds; you had to completely open the windows. There was no kettle in the room but there was coffee in the lobby. The room was a bit small but manageable. It could have used more bins. Our rooms were mostly quiet but we could hear what was happening in the hallway. It might be noisier nearer the elevators.
