“The accommodation is relatively close to the city center. The hosts are well-organized and readily available. There’s also a pleasant shared common area. · Cons: I felt somewhat unsafe walking around the area near the accommodation, it seemed like a slightly sketchy neighborhood. Thankfully, I wasn’t alone when going out. There was no window or balcony door that could be opened, which made the space feel a bit closed-in. “Unsafe place to stay”

This hostel is located in a dangerous zone. When I arrived police was checking some thieves. Next day in the morning, same thing, police checking shady individuals. On afternoon that same day, in front of the hostel a guy was frantically screaming “ladrón” “ayuda” which means “thieve” “help”. Besides when you arrive at the hostel there is no staff, is just automatic check-in, and there are individuals waiting to enter, and you can not know if they are hostel guests or thieves. When I talk to locals in other places, they told me Zaragoza is safe, except the location where this hostel is located, and they say they would not walk in that zone. Beware this is an unsafe place to stay.

“Cool, clean, great location and basecamp to explore Zaragoza”

Hotel quality cleaning staff who kept the place spotless. Good sized living and social area around the kitchen and nice views from the room’s balcony

Entrance code didn’t work on the front door so I had to call on the intercom every time

“Had potential but the virtual reception concept didn’t work when I had a minor issue.”

I extended my reservation but they didn’t update my front door unlock code so I was stuck outside in 40c/ 100 degree F heat. The virtual receptionist kept telling me to wait and eventually I called the number on the door and someone helped me. Also the rooms were pretty hot at night
