I didn’t check in until the next day as host overbooked the apartment. The apartment was not cleaned for my stay. I had to make the bed myself. The first day of my stay was ruined. Host does not speak English so I had to ask people from the local restaurant to help me to contact host and translate. Also it was difficult to contact host, no answer when calling and no response to emails. I arrived at 3pm to check in and host showed up after 3 hours saying I cannot stay at the place. I complained to booking.com and asked for a refund but haven’t heard back and no refund. Do not recommend this place.

No check-in information (neither in advance nor on the day). Very nice host on the phone, but he didn't speak a bit of English, written form was also not possible. Kitchen under renovation, so could not be used, plus very dusty everywhere. The hot water was not running.

Check in process was horrendous. No details sent as to how to check in prior to me arriving in Tenerife. Flew out not knowing if I had somewhere to sleep. Phone number didn’t answer. Had to reach out to Booking.com for support. Eventually got a call from the host after I had landed who couldn’t speak English. Thankfully a family member I was travelling with had enough Spanish to get the check in details. Not enough cutlery and crockery for six people, blunt knives. No kettle. Hot water tank ran out after one shower. Shower screen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Smears on the patio door glass.
