“Relative expensive for what you get”
The best

It was somewhat complicated as we couldn't find the building, ultimately we found the father of the property guy and he showed us around, but spoke only Spanish. The only really good thing was the location as it was close to historic city center, although just across the river these outdated modern high rise building(s) were somewhat worn out, but clean with 3 bathrooms.

To be improved

The appartement was at the 9th floor, but 2 of the 3 elevators were not operational. So also from a security perspective we didn't feel very comfortable.
