Modern and clean property. Within walking distance of the Old wall town. Parking is available in a garage nearby, although very tight to fit small car in the designated parking.

To be improved

Walls are very thin from apartment and the neighbours could be heard from the 1 bedroom. Doors of other apartments open and close very loudly

location was amazing ideal for access to Avila, with two bedrooms and nice enclose patio area.

To be improved

The owner asked how the apartment was, to which we duly provided what we thought was honest and fair feedback, the shower was broken and wasn't working correctly, the washing machine only had the feet and was heavily un balanced when washing and made a terrible noise, in general the apartment was very tired and required some general maintenance and tidying up, which didn't seem to be well received by the owner! I would also note the owner also charged sparely for use of the parking garage some 12 Euros per night which is more expensive than hotels, we booked because it had secure parking and i feel this is somewhat hidden charge and should be clearly articulated in the apartment listing!

Very unique place, they have a PacMan game station with more than hundreds of games! Apartment very clean. Management and communication very attentive. Comfortable beds. Thank you.
