The location is great. Close to the beach. And close to the main roads to take the car and discover Gran Canaria.

To be improved

We had to switch electricity back on a few times when water wasn’t hot.

“Perfect location, great modern apartment”

The best

The apartment is great, well located, with everything you need. It's very spacious and in a well appointed building. Lovely and modern, and just a few mins from the beach. They also left a bucket and spade and kiddie suncream for us as they knew we had a little one, which was really kind. We would stay here again.

To be improved

Communication is advance was really frustrating as the company uses a chat bot on WhatsApp that couldn't answer my questions about late check in. They also use ring app to get you in but this didn't work either. Eventually I spoke to a staff member who just said to ignore it and let me in even though we were really late due to a delayed flight. A couple of things in the apartment needed attention, like a broken toilet sest, but these were very minor.

“Comfort in every aspects”

The best

Everything was great. Really comfortable apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), parking (in the city it is really hard to find parking places). Kind host. And 2 minutes walking distance to the beach and surf schools, surfing spots, cafes. Even the shopping mall is walking distance from the apartment.

“Calm relaxing holiday break with everything you require for stay.”

The best

Spacious, modern and bright. Location good for all amenities and close to sea, beach and coastal walk for long strolls. Excellent value for money especially with there being 2 bathrooms and a private parking space.

To be improved

Nothing a part from that there was no kettle or hairdryer and it was listed. We did message and Ricardo our host offered to bring but it wasn’t a problem just highlighting the missing items.
