The host was very helpful and easy to contact . We were able to make changes to our booking at short notice which enhanced our experience.

“Home from home la palma”
The best

Location is good close to small selection of restaurants nice walks and beach. Very quiet neighbourhood and pleasant surroundings. Beds comfortable.

To be improved

Property could do with a bit of an update but is OK. Only had one cup had to buy one. Communication before holiday was very poor with host felt like I was having to chase them for information regarding what to do on arrival. Was offered a taxi service which I requested 3 Times but no taxi when we arrived made our own way. Only 5 minutes on bus.

Good beds, easy and flexible check-in, friendly welcome message. Location is good.

To be improved

Unfortunately, the accomodation wasn’t clean at all. There was hair in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom, crumbs and dirt in the floor, sticky surfaces, the plates, knifes and forks were not clean and so on. We even paid 50 euro’s for cleaning that apparently wasn’t done.. Also the location could do with some maintenance.
