The villa was really nice, clean and spacious. Xavi was an excellent host always on hand to answer any questions we had. The complex was very quiet and peaceful and we usually had the swimming pool to ourselves. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway.

To be improved

Due to the location I definitely recommend having a hire car due to the fairly remote location of the complex - we were fully aware of this before booking so it wasn’t an issue.

The best

Nice location in the north, many surfing possibilities. Nice vacationhomes, not to busy, room for privacy, not overcrowded, not too touristic. Large sunny garden in the south

To be improved

If you plan to cook, no basic stuff like oil, vinegar, pepper. The 5th bed is a sleeping couch, which is not very comfortable, was good enough for the kids

This house has everything you need. Modern, nice and comfortable furniture - the bed upstairs is very cozy! A nice spot far from mass tourism. Very friendly and helpful landlord. :)

“Clean and well-located for the north of the island.”

Large master bedroom with comfortable mattress; cheerful decor; comfortable sofa; small but fully-equipped kitchen corner (note, there is nowhere except the kitchen table to prep your food); silent and tranquil at night; washing machine and dishwasher with fast cycles; a very responsive, enthusiastic, friendly hosts. We were able to leave our bags there while they prepared the house for check-in at 3pm. The location was strategic and there was a well-supplied SuperDino supermarket in the nearby town with many gluten-free options. There's also a small, on-site supermarket and a swimming pool on the complex close to the house.

To be improved

On the surface it all looks cheerful and new, but the fixtures and fittings throughout are cheap. Unfortunately, the house smelt of drains for our entire two-day stay. The host said to apply some drain fluid that was available under the kitchen sink and we kept all the bathroom drains covered and the bathroom & bedroom window open, which slightly alleviated the problem. The bedroom was warm and could do with an extra sheet between the bottom sheet and the duvet, so you either sleep with no cover at all or bear the warm coverings. The bottom sheet was slightly small for the large bed so it moved around with us slightly and the towels smelt of damp, like they had not been left to dry long enough repeatedly between washes. The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable with no option to swap them for anything softer in the cupboard. Small extras like extra (softer) pillow options, cling film, kitchen roll, clothes pegs and not just one roll of toilet paper for two nights would really help travelers to have a more pleasant stay.
