“Nice location away from the crowd, great for a family stay.”

The staff are very friendly and apart from billing were exceptionally accommodating. The location is quiet.

To be improved

Billing and credit/debit card hold were challenging for the staff. Remained on hold for 10 days not released. Hotel only realized the problem after 6 days of the start of the stay after repeatedly checking.

It would have been the perfect stay if they'd have provided a proper iron & ironing board in the room!! This was the ONLY negative!!! Would have given it 10/10 instead of 9/10!!
