“Excellent spacious apartment in prime spot”
The best

The apt is very spacious, light and well equipped. The rooms are laid out in a row from kitchen/diner to bedroom to study to bedroom to balcony, which may impinge on privacy, if that is a concern. We (family of 3 adults) liked the kitchen diner with super large breakfast bar. Kitchen has everything from coffee maker to juicer and excellent fridge freezer. Bedrooms are large with an abundance of storage/ wardrobes of high quality. There is a utility room with washer and an outside drying area, which was very handy. The patio area was a bonus; this has an awning, large coffee table and comfortable seating for 4-6 . The location was excellent for us - 5 mins walk to San Telmo bus station, similar to Triana and Old Town. Key pick was in person but owner Lola very accommodating and helpful. Overall a great stay.

To be improved

Beds could benefit from some mattress protectors.
