The best

Great location. Flat is old and a bit worn out, but despite the fact that it would welcome renovation (especially bathroom and kitchen, both are just old), everything actually works and its clean. Also appears to be as on the photos.

To be improved

Nextdoor neighbour's 3 dogs who were barking and howling through the 2 nights. Constantly, and because owner works the nights, there was noone to calm them down. Resulted in 2 sleepless nights. Noone was able to give us contact details of the neighbour (not reception, not the owner of the flat we were staying in), but luckily we managed to get ahold of the guy in the morning after our 2nd sleepless night. Turned out to be nice person who said he will try to calm them down. Not sure how, but he actually did and we finally slept through the night. To sum it up: would recommend to get his contact details in case dogs will be loud again and definitely bring earplugs if you don't. (owner of the flat had no contact details of that neighbour)
