The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of Madrid. It was ideal for a family with kids. The staff was friendly and responsive. It was a great experience overall!

Only niggle were the stairs involved to get to the apartment, but could still use the lifts which stopped between floors. Great location and very quiet once in the apartment
