The best

Location, while in the middle of a very touristy area, the apartment was quiet. It's centrally located and we walked everywhere. There were a couple of things in the apartment that weren't working, but it only took a call and they were quickly fixed. In the kitchen, we had what we needed to make coffee in the morning and tea in the mornings. We could have cooked if we had wanted. I'd definitely stay there again.

To be improved

There is an elevator, but you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to it, then it stops between apartment floors and you either have to walk up a flight or stairs or down. Luckily, our suitcase wasn't too heavy.

The best

Perfect location in the middle of Madrid!, Walkable distance to everything!! The apartment had all you needed including nice bed! Easy and quick response with Emi. We had the possibiliy to checkin earlier on our arrival which was great and appreciated! Emi gave also great suggestions on restaurants and roof top bars in different areas of Madrid We really liked it and would love to come back!
