Beautiful apartment, great location, and although overlooking ever busy plaza Sol the apartment was super quiet

To be improved

The check-in is overly technical rather than the usual easy WhatsApp exchange of codes and instructions. Absolutely no human contact - all apps and chat nonsense.

The location was the only redeeming quality of this stay. So many issues happened, and it seemed like it wasn’t the norm for it to happen, however.. horrible experience here.

To be improved

Extremely dirty, broken furniture pieces, had a staff member try to enter room past midnight to deliver towels that weren’t requested. Massive miscommunication between property and staff.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The most amazing location overlooking the central square in Madrid, exceptionally clean and fully soundproofed when the balcony door was closed. Prompt responses from hosts as and when asked for. For the 2 of us we could not have chosen better.

The best

Location was easily accessible to the train, restaurants and shopping. Even in a busy location it was still well soundproofed to the outside.

To be improved

Wifi not working for our stay has been previously an issue and clearly not resolved by the property. The mattress sank to one side and needs replacing.
