“Very nice and clean apartment on a great location”

The best

I liked a lot the location, the vecinity of a metro station and a lot of facilities in the neighborhood. The apartment itself is very nice decorated, with a spacious kitchen and well equipped. There is a floor heating which is a big+ and gives even more comfort to the guests.

To be improved

Everything was fine until I started receiving strange telephone calls and warning messages which I guess were triggered by the noise monitor installed somewhere in the house, with a very low threshold, so it kept sending those messages although we were just sitting there and talking, with music on low volume.

Customer service was attentive and superb! The apartment was beautifully furnished and modern with a washing machine and all cookware!

To be improved

The air conditioning was either non existent or non operational. We had to leave windows ajar all night and the street noise was unbearable! The living room was too dark!

The best

The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and the host was caring and attentive. We needed an extra duvet and it was there within a couple of hours! The apartment is really well connected to public transport lines, shops and nice bakeries around.

To be improved

It is by a pretty busy street as the bedroom windows face the street and the apartment being almost on the ground floor, you can really hear and feel the rattle of the traffic. We were a family of 3 and we stayed for 6 days. We only had breakfast in the apartment but there were not that many dishes and glasses that would last for a week, understandably. There was a dishwasher but we were given only 1 dishwasher tab for the entire week, which I found inconvenient.

“Great flat for a Madrid City Trip”

New and modern amenities Very close to the main train station Staff reacts very quickly Acctually much more quiet than in the very city center Lots of grocery stores around the house

To be improved

The (D) door description could be more clear, can be confusing when you arrive the first time. The bed blankets could be better quality Bedrooms are on the first floor towards the street, can be a bit tricky for people with a sensitive sleep
