“excellent stay and highly recommend the cozy apartment”

The best

Excellent location and really well kept apartment very close to amenities like a mart and an excellent bakery next door. The short walk up to the Palacio Real De Madrid and to Plaza Mayor for great to experience the city of Madrid. We enjoyed the walkway by the apartment and the waterway Manzanares as well.

Location is great - near to several buses, supermarket, metrostation not far Appartment is very clean and new furnished with all required cutllery and citchen devices for cooking and food preparation. Toaster and juice makes also available. Bathroom is clean and well equipped. There is A/C fitted.

To be improved

There is no washing mashine furnished. There is dishwasher but not required by us - would prefer washing machine! There was a coffee machine but not left coffee capsules for use - at least for the firts day. There was no even one roll of toiler paper left for us?! COMPARISON: We were coming from Malaga, similar appartment whre the coffee, the toiler paper was left available. Also in the info for the appartment was not STATED / POINTED OUT that the place entrance is direct from the street!!!

“Fantastic”

The best

I like because is close to everything, bus station to metro station, Latina, Centro. Has restaurants 5m away were I could take my coffee. It is clean and comfortable.
