Lack of basics - some tea/coffee/sugar and salt and pepper would of been great - but not a necessity

The apartment is cozy and clean, close to the metro station, restaurant and supermarket, perfect for a family with kid.

To be improved

There is no washing machine for dishes which is a big inconvenience.
