The best

all very new. besides the window in the bathroom that was "broken" and i couldnt open.

To be improved

In the ad you dont get that the apartment is on street level. you open the door to the street. There is no curtain so street lights and noise are there with you all night long. also, there is no room for clothes and if you wash your clothes there is no clothes line to hang them to dry.
