No staff at ALL! The entrance is dark like a garage There was a bad smell coming from the street with inadequate insulation of the appartment The furniture and finishing is old The washing machines moved from its assigned location forwards, when ending as washing cycle

I could hear people next door. There is no place to store clothes in the living room. Needs a small adjustment to be more practical.
