The kitchen was furnished with the essentials except paper towels. It didn't make sense to buy a whole pack just for a 5-day stay. The bathroom had an efficient layout, clean, shower had good water pressure (might be good to put anti-slip mat in the shower stall to avoid accidents), a hairdryer, and the washing machine. However, there was no laundry detergent. We had to go to several grocery stores to look for a sachet size detergent. The design of the building is such that windows of the neighboring units face each other. Neighbors were noisy late at night. We had to close our windows to block off the noise. Of course, this is not the fault of Emi but putting it out there for consideration of future users.

No view of anything but your neighbors laundry. No privacy as there's no shades for privacy. Sheer shades would resolve the privacy issue & let's the light in. Communication with the host was not responsive sometimes or very late. No Communication via WhatsApp only on booking & response was always late. Shower didn't drain & didn't get resolved until next day. When we asked for additional toilet paper & towels as we used some to wipe the floors with, they wanted to charge us. After debates back & fourth they finally delivered towels & toilet paper. Management needs more training & improvement.
