The best

The central location was perfect, and I liked that the apartment was fully self-contained. It had everything I needed for a short stay.

To be improved

There was a €300 deposit required that was refunded a few days after I checked out. This was unexpected and unwelcome. I'm used to providing small deposits, but that was over AUD$540 equivalent and really bit into my holiday fund.

The location couldn't be any better. Practically on Gran Via. Restaurants, bars and shops minutes away on foot. Nice functional apartment. Many appliances and utensils.The staff was very attentive. Our hair dryer malfunctioned and they sent us a new one by courier.

Quite compact like many other apartments in large cities.

The best

Location, clean,big enough for two people,kitchen adequate. The staff sent me new codes. Problem sorted out in 10 min. Good internet.

Small small bath. Too many doors to open with codes. Noisey neighbours. The codes provided didn't work.
