The apartment was clean upon arrival, which was appreciated. The bed was fairly comfortable, and there was ample storage space for clothes. The air conditioning worked well, a real relief during the heatwave. Once I finally received the door access link, the entry system functioned smoothly. The internet connection and TV were reliable. I was offered a mid-stay cleaning, which I declined, but the offer was a nice touch. Body and hand soap, as well as shampoo, were provided. The living room, though small, had a mirrored wall that created an illusion of more space. The backlit bathroom mirror was convenient for shaving or applying makeup.

Arriving at the property was a frustrating experience. The door access link wasn’t sent to me, and my messages went unanswered. I was left outside in the heat with my luggage, with no immediate help. When I finally called, it was difficult to get assistance—they couldn’t find my reservation by name and required a booking code, which was hard to locate while juggling a phone call and documents.
The apartment’s location was misleading on Booking.com due to an incomplete address. Only the street name was provided, not the number, so the map pinned the location to the middle of the street. In reality, the apartment was at the street’s end, a 10-minute walk from where I expected. Had I known the true location, I likely wouldn’t have booked this place for this price. I wanted to be much closer to Grand Via and the Orgullo events. The host blamed Booking.com, but other properties provide full addresses and appear accurately on the map.
An unexpected fee was required upon arrival, not mentioned on Booking.com. I was asked to pay either a deposit for potential damages or a non-refundable fee, which felt deceptive and unfair. Deposits are possible on Booking.com, but they should be clearly stated before booking.
Several basic amenities were missing, even in small quantities: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, clothespins, laundry detergent (despite a washing machine with a detergent tank), and kitchen towels. For an 11-night stay, only one dishwasher tablet and three toilet paper rolls were provided.
The kitchen lacked bowls, making it inconvenient for meals like cereal or toast. I had to use a small saucepan, which was too big, as a substitute, as the cups and mugs were too small for anything beyond coffee.
