“Disappointed stay”

Location, large en suite bathroom confortable bathroom, quietness of accommodation, kitchen well equipped, good size living room with large comfy sofa, comfy beds.

To be improved

Ground-floor windowless, damp smelling bedroom with small aged shower room. Bedroom is exposed to the above living room noise and light. No doors between both bedrooms so lights and sounds were shared although not on same floor. Only real window is at street level to the living room; people would chat for ages and smoke just in front of the window. The staffs were unresponsive by whatsapp and Booking.com messages. Check in process was not smooth as contract not clear about bedsheets and towels, and reason for stay not listed in drop down menu. We were supported by Booking.com customer service not by Waou's staff who kept on sending me the same useless messages in Spanish (followed by english sometimes) multiple times. They never offered support with check in but kept sending the link, never wondering why we hadn't checked in by the time we informed them we would and had acknowledged (only whatsapp message acknowledged) The only responses were by calling using phone line with international forfait, so not free for me. The washing machine we intended to use was broken and the company didn't really care to urgently fix it (3 nights stay) although we did spend time recording videos of right size to send to them as requested.

Only 1 towel for 5 nights stay also no hand towels , no where to hand towels could have given another set .

“A good, comfortable stay”

Location was superb, the apartment was clean, beds comfortable, facilities good

To be improved

Unfortunately in the downstairs bathroom was a big lump of hair stuck to the shower outlet. The place was freezing when we arrived, heating was off and outside was +4C. It took a good three hours for the apartment to get warm. I think someone should have put the heating on, knowing when we will arrive, as I gave the arrival time.
