“The apartment is on the 4th floor (5th) so if you have a heavy suitcase. Beware that there is no lift. The room is nice”

The location is great. About 10 mins walk to La Latina station.

To be improved

It was extremely freezing all the time and the floor felt like we were walking on ice. The peep hole on the entrance door should really be covered because it’s see through from the outside.

In order to get key, I had to walk around 1km away home. The main problem is key doesn't open the building door. I tried over and over again but couldn't open. Then I called the office, but they didn't come and help. Just said that I have to go to their office and change the key. By the way flat is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I don't recommend.

“Cute and comfy place near the center”
The best

The location is excellent! We were in Madrid for 4 days and used the transport may be one time! A lot of cafes and restaurants around the place, museums and churches. Grate!

To be improved

The key for the building was quite tricky but once you get the point it starts working properly. Another thing - it’s the 4th floor without the lift, but after all it still worths the money 👍🏻
