Extremely central location to major attractions of Madrid. Close to bus and train stop. Close to Atocha station. Super clean and responsive.

To be improved

Shower filled up quickly but host offered to fix the situation immediately. Great customer service, really no complaints.

1.Shower cabin is designed that way that water from the bathing goes out to the bathroom making a lake literally.You cant bath with a lot of water but you must take care with reducing the pressure.And always after the bath you must use towels to cover the floor.Very very very unpleasant. 2.WIFI signal is extremely bad and not usable.My entire stay i have been reporting this but staff just kept sending me pictures of how signal strong.Then i send back pictures of how i cant open even one page or scroll instagram.Neither of staff wanted to be proactive and do something with this.I had to spend 70 eur on roaming data.

The best

Not practical at all. When I got there for checking the apartment was filthy… I called and they made me wait for 2 more hours so they can clean it. I went to take a shower and the bathroom flooded…. The water kept pouring out of the shower. Also every time you turn the bathroom light on there was a crazy loud ventilation system that will go on. Unbearable. The internet password they provided in the app you need to fill out for checking was not right… Every time I called the staff was not friendly at all. It looks very fancy in the pictures, but it’s not good.

-Cant have a bath without the water flooding out - all All the place and to the kitchen, had to put tons of towels to stop it. drainage is bad and needs to be fixed. -Noisy neighbors. - Tiny bathroom
