Apartment does not have air condition very hot.

I booked this apartment for five nights in August. The company name BNBholder advertised it as Air conditioned 2 bed which wasn’t TRUE. The property does not have heating or AC. was boiling hot in the property , me and my family struggle during our stay couldn’t sleep. We had to leave the property few days earlier so we didn’t finish our five days. Our holiday was ruined. The company charged full five nights. Not taking any responsibility for being dishonest, MY ADVICE DO NOT BOOK ANY PROPERTY WITH BNBHoldr name.

“Perfect, beautiful, and unique! Didn't disappoint!”

The best

Location, location, location! LOVED being able to swing open the French doors and sit looking out at the palace and grounds! The apartment itself is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need. We had a little dinner picnic in the palace garden plaza. Many restaurants close by and again the apartment and location can't be beat.

To be improved

The only thing that was surprising was the process to get the keys. We had to take a taxi to another location to go pick up keys which was a bit of a pain. It's a little strange, especially with so many options for coded entries or a lockbox. But I would do it again if necessary.

“Perfect location and comfy stay”

The best

Great place overall and the location is just superb. I travelled with two kids and the apartment was very clean, safe and comfortable. There is a playground and park nearby, a lot to see and easy to go about with a straller.

To be improved

Everything was great but there was a small problem with the heating and first couple of nights it was really cold, like 16 degrees in the bedroom.

“Exceptional apartment, beautifully decorated.”

The best

This impressive apartment was above what we expected! With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a laundry space, separate lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, it was huge and beautifully decorated. Overlooking the Royal Palace square gave the apartment a sense of timelessness. Watching the palace guards marching past, complete with an accompanying band, was a highlight. There were roll down shutters on the inside windows and a door with 5 deadbolts, so we felt very safe in the apartment! :) The beds were comfortable and fans were supplied that we used in the bedrooms. We found it very easy to walk to our destinations from the apartment and there were numerous restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again!

To be improved

Having to collect the keys from a different location well away from the apartment. Luckily, the host was at the lock boxes as the keys for our apartment were not in the designated lock box! That said, Emil, the host was a great communicator throughout our stay and was very helpful. We found that the internet didn't work very well when you were in the far bedroom.
