The best

The best was its location. Secondly, the apartment was adequately furnished and overall clean and comfortable. Linen, towels and facility were all clean and everything worked fine. Also very quiet despite being in a building.

To be improved

Only thing I didn’t like was lack of closet space to place things. I pretty much left everything in my suitcase. Only 3 hangers per bedroom. The rest was fine. The bed mattresses also were loose and had to be re-accommodated after a night’s sleep. They slid off the bed.

“It was an ok stay for 3 nights, for 3 people, but struggled with noise.”

+: Location Clean Safe area The owners let us stay 2 hours longer (need to check before if that is possible), good contact with them 2 separate bathrooms (although there are sliding doors in both of them, the ensuite one does not provide much privacy)

To be improved

-: Very noisy! There are pigeons that must have some tunnels right above the bedrooms and the noise is extremely loud, also the doors to the building slam every time someone gets in or out, and you can hear this very loud in the rooms, which can wake you up at night. There is a bit of weird smell from the bathroom that is being covered by very strong refreshner spray so that is a bit intense. The keys need to be picked up from other location, 22 minute walk from the apartment. There is not much day light in the flat too.

“Basic setup in central location”

Airbnb style apartment, good location in central madrid. Facilities were clean and having two bathrooms/showers is convenient. Hosts were reactive

To be improved

Having to pick up keys in different location to appartment. Sounds of pigeons coming from the ceiling in the mornings. Light smell from drainage tubes. Generally it was minimal setup and facilities.
