The mattresses were very hard. The water in the showers turned cold if they were all in use.

Hot water seemed to run our quickly for a 3 bedroom apartment with 6 people. Beds were great but the pillows were horrible.

Everything was perfect! The only tiny thing I’d say is that the mattress in the master bedroom is a little too thin and hard but that’s probably just my personal preference

First of all, when we arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working and it took hours to get in contact with them and fix. You can only message them through booking.com and a different person answers you back every time. They rent a lot of apartments, so care and attention are very minimal. We then noticed ants in the apartment walking everywhere. They said they would send someone to clean tomorrow. We left the apartment in the morning and returned at night and it was not cleaned. When I messaged them they said they had a problem with the housekeeper and never offered to send another one. I had originally asked for luggage racks so my suitcases are not on the floor with the ants. They said they ran out. Overall, the attention and care we received was minimal. This being the last location we stayed in Spain, it was the worst in regards to host and being attentive to our needs. I would not stay here again.
