Very convenient and close to everything you want to see in Seville. Great breakfast place downstairs and lots of lovely restaurants near by.Set up inside the flat was lovely and clean and spacious.Rooftop terrace with fantastic views.

To be improved

Upstairs bed was very hard might need a topper. To hard to have a Restful sleep.Air conditioner very loud inside and on the roof.

There were two animal poop spots in the property.. the next door neighbor’s cat somehow got inside.. water was cold, but it got fixed. We also had to request for toilet paper… Other than that, the place is in a good location, we felt safe. …

“Extremely Disappointing Experience - Do Not Stay Here!”

I had one of the worst experiences staying at this property, and I would strongly advise against booking it. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues. The electronic key instructions were not working, and despite ringing the bell multiple times, the entrance door remained locked. We had to rely on other tenants to let us in, and when we called for help, the staff hung up on us. To make matters worse, the electronic key still didn’t work, even after following the provided instructions. Well, there is physical key available but physical key inside the apartment. The room had only one towel and two small rolls of toilet paper per person for our 4-night stay. We requested additional towels and toilet paper via the recommended communication channel (Booking.com messages), but our request was ignored. Instead, we were told to purchase extra toilet paper from a supermarket ourselves. The most alarming issue was the lack of hot water. The water heater only provided hot water in the kitchen sink, and despite reporting this problem the next morning, there was no response. As a result, we had to endure cold showers for the entire stay. By the end of our trip, three out of the four of us were sick, and I am still recovering. In summary, the management was unresponsive, the amenities were inadequate, and the overall experience was far from what we expected. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.
