Nice and calm street. Spacious apartment.

Spacy and clean apartment with practically everything you need available. Rather quiet location yet a walking distance from e.g. historical center. Nice and friendly hostess. ;)

We had everything in the apartment that we needed. Much to our relief , we were also able to find the parking in the same street as the apartment everyday.Berta, the owner of the apartment is an amazing person and gives personal attention throughout the stay. We had an amazing experience and will definitely recommend the stay.

The fact that Berta met us at 1 am to show us the property was so generous. We could not have had a better location! We were in the marina every day to help our friends prepare for the ARC. 13 minute walk. And the coffee shop around the corner has the best olive oil cake i have ever had! It was the perfect size for the two of us and had great amenities.

The apartment was very comfortable and only a few blocks off the water. The host was very quick to answer any questions and to provide guidance on things to do for the day. The host knew we had a daughter traveling with us so set up an inflatable bed off to one side of the spacious living room - perfect. While we ate out, there is a nicely furnished kitchen with range, oven/microwave combination, and a refrigerator. There also is a combination washer/dryer available. Down the street are two good restaurants - the first is an Italian restaurant serving great pizzas and pastas; the second is a cafe where most go to grab a beer or cocktail but they also have an extensive menu of noodles, sandwiches, and various tapas such as chicken wings, fried calamari, etc. Both are winners and so convenient. There is also a HiperDino supermarket about 10 minutes away. We would definitely book again the next time we are in Las Palmas for holiday. Note: Parking can be a challenge at times during the workday (thus the overall rating of 9 vs 10.) However, one can find free street parking within a block or two on side streets. And, if that doesn't work, there is a parking garage a block away...use it until a spot opens up later in the evening.
