The best

Great apartment- it's just like the pictures! Lovely dining space, beds are ACTUALLY comfy! Nice firm beds with SPARE PILLOWS! Bathroom was very clean. Honestly a great apartment, very central to everything. There was a WhatsApp AI bot which responded instantly, very good and helpful. Made everything very smooth. It's great value for money

To be improved

The door for the apartment block is VERY loud. Not particularly sound proof.

The best

Charming apartment, close to the city centre, located on a hill but with travelators. The management is excellent, we left our belongings and found out it only a few days later, we got them back at the same date without any problem.

Stayed second time here. Location, view, interior and facilities on site are great. Cosy furnishing, large TV, little balcony, washing machine were essential.

To be improved

Water heater for shower quite small for a group of 3 travellers. Have to wait until it get enough of warm water. Crockery and glassware were chipped and not replaced. Our first impression was much better than second.

Nice living room, just like the pictures

To be improved

Shower without enough hot water supply to 4 people. Sheets and towels very old. Missing one towel for the 1st night. Staff couldn’t solve the hot water issue during our stay.
