“Great location, responsive hosts to issues while we were there. Takes too long to get security depos”
The best

Host company responded quickly to an issue and resolved it within 3 hours. Easy to get hold of hosts. Apartment was as advertised and we found it a great place to stay. Very convenient for station and beach.

To be improved

The time it takes to refund the “security” deposit. No reason for it to take five to seven days when obviously there was no issue with the way we left the property.

“Myself my wife and daughter stayed here for the carnival every thing on your doorstep five minutes walk into town great”

It was very clean , very modern , everything you could need was there in the apartment beds were very comfortable , great communication with the agents any questions were answered within minutes , transport back to the airport was sorted by the agent at a really good price and the driver was excellent , professional and friendly , would definitely recommend warm sands A ++++++

Location was excellent. Very close to the bars and restaurants. Supermarkets were only few mins walk away.

The space, very large living area. Comfortable beds. The location! The apartment is very quiet despite it's proximity to the centre.

To be improved

The bathroom has no lock on the door. The view from the balcony looks over some ugly buildings.

The location was pretty good, only a few minute walk to the beach and center

To be improved

Only one a/c unit in the living room, the bedrooms were very hot. Twin beds that weren’t made up for a couple. Things we’re broken, lights burned out, dirty dishes in the cupboard, no wash cloths or hand towels, and very minimal supply of toilet paper and paper towels. The place was very basic.
