“Functional apartment in walking distance from the beach front and shop, few nice local restaurants”

The property was in a large block, it’s located within walking distance of the facilities, although walking back from the beach maybe tricky for some

The apartment is quite dated, the bathroom is old with a very antiquated shower, water pressure was good though, bed is tired and could do with a new mattress and pillows.
