Location, parking / garage. Really nice garden.

To be improved

There is significant traffic noise coming in through the entrance door, but the master bedroom is not affected by this. The integrated, but old KNX heating/cooling and lighting system does not function correctly and there was no space heating in the rooms, temperatures were around 15..18C only. The owner had tried, but could not fix the problem during our stay this January.
