It was very difficult to find the property and they gave us the wrong address twice and then finally gave us the correct address.

To be improved

There was no telephone communication. All emergencies were dealt with via WhatsApp and they would take a long time to respond or not respond at all. The AC was not working properly and was intermittent. The security alarm kept going off so they had to send someone to remove it. The electricity went for a full day and they tried to blame it on the electric company when in fact there was a fault with the electrics. I spent most of my holiday wasted on messaging the company it was very disappointing and I would not want anyone to go through the same problems we had. Please steer clear and do not book.

There wasn’t anything to like about this property

To be improved

The property was filthy, we was unable to use the swimming pool as it was so dirty. There were many broken items, the bedding was dirty, there were exposed electrical wires in some of the rooms, air conditioning was not working and we were unable to stay at the property. We are still waiting for a refund !

“Spacious and private place for larger family”

The best

Very spacious, enough room for our 3 families with kids in various ages. The outdoor kitchen was excellent for spending time and cooking. The main house was clean and felt new. Parking was under a roof inside the property.

To be improved

Some of the kitchen utensils could use a replacement or renewal, there were a few quirks here and there that could be improved or fixed.
