Poor service, poor cleaning, dirty freezer, dirty microwave, dirty dishes in cupboard, marks on walls, toilet flush on the second apartment was damaged, and it wasn't cheap!

To be improved

The room was advertised as 40 m², but in reality, it was barely 20 m². We also had no hot water for an entire day until it was finally fixed. On top of that, the terrace door wouldn’t close properly, which was both inconvenient and unsafe. I honestly don’t understand why some places focus only on making money instead of putting in the effort to make their guests feel comfortable. Very disappointing.
