“Great stay, great room, brilliant value!”
The best

Great location, close to the excellent Las Canteras beach. The suite was great, terrace a real bonus. Good kitchen with an oven, stove and microwave meaning we could have some home meals as well as eating out locally! Close to a supermarket and various shops too!

To be improved

Only thing I’d mention is a few more bits for the kitchen would have been useful! For example, Tongs to turn food over with and a couple of tea towels. We could wash up but nowhere to dry!

“Quiet, spacious, comfortable and well equipped place”
The best

Spacious, comfortable room, big bed, porch with chair and table, good closet, well equipped kitchen and the hotel was nice to leave water bottles in the fridge, very good bathroom. Although it's right in the middle of a mixed commercial/tourist/residential area, the street was very quiet. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful.

To be improved

Nothing to dislike, although I suggest the hotel improve on the amount of information about the property. For example, clarification on the hours when the front desk is staffed and also providing written information, posted in the room itself, regarding the operation of some appliances.

The best

The outdoor space was fantastic. To have direct lift access to the room was a nice idea

To be improved

We stayed for 6 nights and the dishwasher was broken the whole time. The toilet seat was broken. The water in the whirlpool spa on the terrace was dirty. The shower switches from very hot to cold . The staff need to pay more attention to the room when they clean it. The terrace was never cleaned or the floor swept
