location was good, flat was good space

To be improved

no hot water for over 12 hours + and lack of communication with management. This was very frustrating as we had come back from a long day at the beach told them we needed to leave in the morning by 9 am as we had tickets to Park Guell but they didn't contact us until afternoon. bunk bed room small and shared with laundry, no laundry soap (and not told to bring). very small elevators
