“Great apartment in great location”
Lovely apartment with fabulous balcony area. The apartment is located in a nice area and there are some lovely cafes and restaurants close by.

“Very nice, modern apartment in a great neighborhood, convenient to subway and lots of restaurants”
The staff was very helpful and we had an easy time checking in and out. Didn't realize the apartment was up on the top floor, but the elevator worked well so, it wasn't a problem. The apartment was very nice and modern and the shower was especially good with strong pressure. Kitchen was large and the couch was comfortable in the living room area. The neighborhood was the most outstanding aspect of this apartment, with lots of cute restaurants in walking distance and also the subway is very nearby. Especially loved the Federal Cafe.
One night, our apartment door lock would not open with a key card, which meant two of our family members had to ring the doorbell late at night to awake us and let them in. The next day, I informed the reception desk the key cards were not working and they determined after about an hour of working on it that batteries had expired inside the lock. Once they replace those batteries with new ones, the key cards worked again. We felt very lucky that all of us hadn't been locked out of the apartment late at night, which easily could have happened. Also the a/c worked very well in the main area of the apartment however, the bedrooms were not as cool. But this seems to be the case in much of Europe so we were mostly fine with it.

“You wont be dissapointed.”
The location is fantastic. Very central but out of the full on tourist area, but close enough to walk to all the sights or take the metro. We did a 48 hour card and it worked perfectly as took the TIB bus around to see the sights, stay cool during the day. If we got lost, did not matter, just jumpd onto the metro to get back to a central point again. The flat served us well. we were 3 taying in a 2 bedroom, one bathroom. Water pressure fab. I did not find the area noisy at all.
The towels could be better quality.
“On the plus side, the location was quite central · Cons: One downside was the limited privacy. We liked the fact that the apartment was located on a lively pedestrian street, but unfortunately, the curtains didn’t offer enough coverage, and it felt like people could see inside. Also, the bathroom door never fully closed, which added to the overall lack of privacy. I didn’t feel like I could truly relax. Another negative impression was the €200 deposit policy. I was told that in order to get the deposit back, I had to take the trash out to the street bin myself. This was surprising, as I've never had to do that before—I'm used to simply disposing of trash in the indoor bin provided.”

“Loved the flat, location and space. The decor was lovely, with exposed wooden beams in the ceiling and photos of key Barcelona sites. The apartment was clean, had towels for everyone and a welcome kit with tea and coffee; plus dishwashing supplies. A large central dining room, sofas and air-conditioning were much appreciated. Bathrooms were spotless and extra duvets provided. Lovely base to explore Barcelona · Cons: Slightly outdated equipment like the ironing board and cupboard doors”
