There was no noice isolation in the appartment. We could hear every sound from the street. That woke us up during the night and our kids as well. The same problem was with falling asleep. There was also a little problem with check-in. We asked to check-in earlier, the owner agreed but there was nobody at the place. But this was solwed within one hour.

Expensive for what it was. - it was expensive last year and the initial price this year was almost triple and a total rip off. Had it not been next door to family, i would not have rented it. My son slept on the sofa as the pull out bed was so uncomfortable. The shutter in bed room did not work. The right blind in the main room was broken. The table on right of bed was tilted so tendency for things to slide off- unchanged from year ago. Hook in bathroom partly off the wall same as last year. The shower has been built with insufficient drain angle so water always goes out of shower and under the washing machine and main floor of bathroom despite trying to point the shower heads as much away as they will go. The sofa bed is outdated and stained.

There was only 1 set of keys. It would be great to have at least 2 when staying in an apartment with multiple people.

It was fine the first few nights but the street noise was crazy at the weekends. Bring ear buds! There were some alarms going off at the same time outside during the day too. The TV is in Spanish, there are no English channels. With foreigners booking often I think it wouldn't be expensive for the company to purchase a chrome cast so people can watch Netflix etc if they don't want to purchase a smart TV.
