The flat is large and comfortable. Place is convenient. Flat was clean. And rooms were rather large.

To be improved

The entrance is done by an electronic key that requires internet connection and a working mobile phone. In case internet or phone brakes, not sure what you can do. Bathroom has a small shower where you can hit surrounding cabin and no place available to place your shampoo or soap inside the shower.

Very good located, enough place for 3 or 4 people. Clean. A good lock system.

To be improved

One of the sleep room have a window looking to a small floor on the street so no privacy during the day or sleep time. Of course you have the possibility to close the metal carting window if you don’t want to see the people passing by. During our stance was a construction outside the building and many days were noisy and one day a constructor came into the balcony 😅 I wish the owner would have share this information beforehand. To open the door you need to have internet, so never forget your mobile phone.

Excellent value for money. Beds very comfy. Bright and modern. Appreciated having access to three smart TVs with excellent internet speeds.

To be improved

Area felt a bit grungy, and there’s a lot of noise from the street plus other tenants in the building. Shower was very small, I kept knocking the tap every time I moved. If you’re coming by car: the parking for this unit is not in the building, you have to find your own parking nearby (the host will offer suggestions but no discount through them). I suspect it’s the same for most Granada accom near the centre. It’s outside the restricted driving zone.
