WELCS APARTAMENTO 027 EMP en el puerto de Roses

Firstly, one is required (to obtain the entry code) by using a link to upload photographs of ID documents along with signatures DOB’s, birthplace, sex, tel no’s, email addresses etc onto a website not fit for purpose, we were on a campsite in Spain trying to enter this information, my wife only managed two of us the night before (she is an IT expert), the French ID cards of our friends were not immediately accepted. I finally managed to get those two accepted on the day, 40 odd minutes just using the online check-in. Secondly, aware that parking was difficult (yes it is in Rosas and especially so on a Saturday) we asked and it was confirmed via Whatsapp that we could enter the apartment early with our luggage, we arrived at the appartment in two cars, dropped off a passenger and a lot of luggage and then with difficulty found parking spaces, got all the luggage up to the appartment and couldn’t enter, the coded entrance we were then told, wouldn’t let us in until 4pm and they couldn’t do anything about it, we had to retrieve the cars, reload with all our luggage, re park and then repeat that whole process at 4pm, all in all nearly two hours simply to check in! 14 emails altogether from the appartment agents, the penultimate at 10:58, demanding if we had left yet! Finally, I had to chase for the return of the security deposit which arrived in 8 days not “within 7 days” in accordance with with the T&C’s. The appartment was cleanish (not spotless) great location, would I stay again - NO, furthermore, I would actively avoid any property “managed” by this agent

Some things about apartment was weird: shower heads need to be replaced as they’re spraying on all different directions, toilet seats don’t fit the toilets, no shampoo or soap for showers, one shower has leaks.
