Excellent location, just couple of minutes walk from the beach (note that the location given in the Booking is not correct, apartment is located just on the opposite side of the marina). The place is quiet as the building is located in the pine park on the territory of the yacht Club.There is a private parking. Kitchen is small but good equipped. We got some tea bags and capsules of coffee as a compliment. The estate agency which rents out the apartment provided us with all the information concerning keys collection/dropping, apartment location.

To be improved

The apartment wasn't cleaned good. They take 80€ for cleaning but it looks like the only bathroom is being cleaned. Even a dirty ashtray was left on the table on the terrace. Note that guests have to take out the garbage. We didn't find any toilet paper and dishwashing stuff. The sofa in the living room had strong dog's smell. I wouldn't use it for sleeping. The bed is small and uncomfortable. On the day of arrival, we were initially unable to enter the yacht club territory because the key card for the barrier did not work. As we found out later it was the problem of the access system but not the card. Finally we got to the parking, but didn't get adequate support from the agency staff not in the day of arrival neither during our staying. On more thing: this does not directly apply to the apartment, but the nearest beach is nowadays closed for reconstruction.
