Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Every receptionist was exceptionally kind, and helpful in every regard imaginable. The rooms are wonderful, and the 3rd floor balcony is a really nice spot to relax.

It has quite a good location, great staff and looking totally new apartments. I definitely recommend to stay here if you are in Seville. Also I had a gift from this hotel , that was a really charming

“Budget hotel in heart of Seville”

The best

Location was very good. It suited us to have a full size fridge so we could buy water, food for days we stayed. Receptionist who greeted us friendly and pointed out areas of interest on map. Room was pretty basic, but spotlessly clean. Has a lift.

To be improved

Very poor quality towels, too small. Noise disturbance in sleep from other rooms. Poor quality toiletries. Nowhere in shower to put own toiletries. Hotel smelt damp. Far too many messages

“Very friendly staff. They took great care to share more about the city, answer any questions and support as needed. Also awesome location, 5 mins from last seats and 15 mins walk from the real alcazar and the cathedral · Cons: I wish they had laundry facilities but they were very helpful in helping me find a laundrette close by”

“Location is close to Setas de Sevilla, and a short walk away from Seville Cathedral. The room and bathroom is a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. It was helpful to have luggage storage at reception. · Cons: There was an odd smell in the lobby.”
