The elevator was broke. And they they not inform in advance. I had specifically asked if the premises had elevator as I was traveling with elder people that struggle with stairs. I would have appreciated to be informed in advance ( as the elevator was broken from days before).

Accommodation is excellent. Everything you needed and the location is superb. Really clean and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be back

Nothing - it was perfect. The only downside was the transfer was 30 minutes late and then sheepishly hung back and pretended he’d been there a long time. The taxis are cheap and easy so maybe try this

Pillows not firm enough, bed a bit uncomfortable and towels didn’t go round one of us and it was generally felt they were in need of renewing.

It was amazing, very spacious, clean and it’s on a great location! They helped us with everything we needed and even with leaving our bags before and after the check in and check out. I recommend it 100%
