Fantastic location; decent size bedroom and bathroom. Easy check-in process and communication

To be improved

The only negative is that the kitchen is very small and cramped - not really conducive to making a meal

“Perfect Location”

The best

Strategic location, 3-8 minutes leisure walk to beautiful Churches, Cathedral, real Alcazar, cafe, pastries, nice resto and many Carrefour express. Clean, firm mattress, comfy pillows & quilt. Spacious dinning area. Alberto was amazing, he went an extra miles to make sure we settled comfortably. He picked up my call during his sleeping time, because after checked out and left the house key on the table, then realised I couldn't open the iron gate to go out ☹️ The bedroom insulation was really good, we couldn't hear the noise from next door neighbour, though it was a bit loud when we were at the kitchen or dinning area. Perfect location, especially during Semana Santa/ Holy Week. We immersed ourself into 6 Semana Santa's processions just at our doorsteps, for real! While others have to wait may be an hour to get a good spot and bear the cold and windy weather, we only need to go down one floor when we heard the band and be at the front row. The parades photo were taken from the doorsteps of the accommodation. Highly recommended.

To be improved

Insulation with the upper floor. Only on the second night I heard loud noises kind of chair/ goods movement around 2am. Luckily seems like they were guests, may be packing up after watching the Semana Santa parade. The following day we didn't hear their noises anymore. So it's not a big problem.

The best

Location was good. We parked at the Mercado and it was reasonable and close. The apartment was roomy and nicely decorated.

To be improved

The central heating didn't seem to work at all. The owner or manager kindly came and supplied us with heaters so we were ok. We couldn't get the stovetop to work and there were no directions for it or the heating. No freezer in the frig. Fine for our one night stay, but kitchen was minimal and needed directions.
