I've never been greeted by a host of a private stay always been keybox and instructions , host was very welcoming and contactable via whatsapp if needed obviously time of day depending ! Even though it's part of Palm Gardens Hotel , you are in a very nice quite private area as such . Access to the 3rd floor Pool and Sunbeds is allowed. Nice views from 9th floor via lift , also that is where you can offload your recycle rubbish as Hotel built into hillside ! Supermarket downstairs and very good . Many shops and somewhere to eat or drink within 5 minutes walk . Massive beach 3 mins away I walked end to end . Air conditioning in room is a godsend . Basically silence from midnight onwards , the best sleep I've had for more than I can remember . Nice smart TV to watch Youtube etc , the WiFi was only pulling 8Mb so don't watch anything HD. Just what we wanted walking distance to the beach and town. Supermarkets close by. Javier was very welcoming and helpful.

The property was exactly as described, central in Morro Jable, more or less beech front and the booking company were a pleasure to deal with. Really great. Can’t wait to book it again

The apartment is in a great location, situated on the second floor above a row of shops, restaurants and bars. The shops include a small Dino supermarket that charges tourist prices, rather than Spanish prices so be warned! The nearest beach is a couple of minutes walk away, just across the road. You will probably see naked people on it, even though it is not officially a nudist beach. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and functional. Ours had two bedrooms however one of the bedrooms does not have a door (it's completely open to the living room/kitchen/dining area) so bear this in mind if you want privacy! It perhaps wouldn't suit two couples travelling together but would be fine for a couple with children. The beds are comfortable with decent pillows and very fresh sheets. Hand towels, bath towels.and beach towels were provided. There was a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and biscuits plus ice in the freezer. There is a smart TV which has Netflix, Prime and a few other streaming channels. The balcony has room for a small table and chairs however it does not have a sea view and overlooks the back of the local Chinese restaurant which is extremely untidy with lots of rubbish! The restaurant itself is excellent though so I can forgive them for their mess spoiling my balcony view. The apartment was quiet apart from on the Saturday night - there was a nearby venue playing loud music until well past 2am - if you're a light sleeper, take earplugs. Apart from that night, it was fine from a noise perspective. There is a reception for any problems or if you need help. A slight downer for me was when one of the receptionists was asked for recommendations and she proceeded to complain about Fuertaventura and tell us how much she hates living here. Perhaps not really someone you should have on the front desk dealing with visitors!
